NICK WOOD

Nick Wood is a globally recognized martial arts instructor with over 20 years of experience. He holds black belts in Jeet Kune Do, Kali Concepts, Freestyle Karate, and Dennis Survival Jiu Jitsu, along with ranks in Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
He has trained foreign military personnel, intelligence officers, special police units, and executive protection teams in unarmed combat. As Head Striking Coach at Roger Gracie Academy HQ in London, he also teaches Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Krav Maga, and Street Defence.
Recognizing the lack of firearm access for UK Close Protection Officers, Nick has developed specialized courses to equip security professionals with essential defensive skills for high-risk situations.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Max has over 20 years of experience in security and intelligence, starting as a Royal Marines Commando before moving into the private sector.
He has led complex security operations in some of the world’s most high-risk environments, overseeing planning, deployment, and crisis management. His expertise spans intelligence, executive protection, maritime security, and remote trauma response across the Middle East, India, Africa, Southeast Asia, and South America.
For the past decade, Max has been at the forefront of executive security, safeguarding royals, family offices, multinational corporations, and high-ranking government officials. Known for his innovative approach, he continuously challenges traditional security methods to adapt to evolving threats.
